Australian Visa Examinations (please read carefully or print out):

• Australian Permanent Visa:Items and documents you need to bring:Passport or passport copy.Macau home address in Portuguese.Two  1.5 inch color photos of applicant.Your glasses if you wear correction (please don't wear your contact lens).Bring your Visa credit card or sufficient cash..

• Age: 15 to adults up to 70 years.Labs included: Vision Screen, Urine Analysis*, Chest X-Ray, HIV Blood Test
• Fee:  Patacas  $ 1200. If the documents must be sent to Australia, there will be $ 140 Postage additional charge.
• Age: 11 - 14 years.Labs included: Vision Screen, Urine Analysis*, Chest X-Ra
• Fee:  Patacas  $ 700
• Age: 5-10 years.Labs included: Vision Screen, Urine AnalysisFee:  Patacas  $ 450
• Age: less than 5 years.Labs included: None are required (but physician exam is still required

• Some permanent resident visa applicants are required to have Hepatitis B testing and Syphilis testing. This will depend on the doctor's decision at the time of the consultation and exam.All of the above information is for reference only.
